It includes features such as sending gifts via email or shipping address, bulk gifting to multiple recipients, personalized Thank You notes, live tracking and reporting, and live chat with customer support.

The Giftagram + plan is an enterprise-level gifting plan with a customized GiftCenter. It includes all the features of the Giftagram Basic plan, plus a gifting expert to manage your account, branded recipient touch points, HCM integrations, schedule and automate gift delivery, manager approval and budget allocation, and inventory management.

The Giftagram Bespoke plan includes all the features of the Giftagram + plan, plus custom gift box design, custom branded packaging, unlimited custom product orders, custom tech integrations, and international shipping.

Giftagram FAQs

Giftagram Return Policy?

At Giftagram, customers may return an item for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the item. This is provided that the item is unused, in good condition and still in its original packaging. To arrange a return, customers need to contact hello@giftagram.com and the customer success team will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the item has arrived at the vendor and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that returns are not available for perishable goods (i.e. flowers or food items). If an item is delivered that is incorrect, damaged or otherwise in poor condition, a replacement or refund will be provided. In this case, customers should contact hello@giftagram.com. If possible, include a photograph of the item for reference. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
